CARBON FLUSH

Carbon Flush utilises the latest technology in rendering its service in line with best practice and international leading industry standards.

The build-up of carbon deposits and soot, in petrol or diesel engines is nothing new, although the results of carbon build-up are much more common in today’s modern engines because modern engines are running higher compression ratios, more vehicles are turbocharged, and\or direct-port injection which has become the norm.

Simultaneously we have more stop-and-go traffic conditions, people are driving shorter distances and driving at slow speed, with fuel which is of a poor quality, or that lacks the actual required octane (RON) for which the engine was developed.

As only 25% of each liter of fuel is used to generate actual performance, the remaining 75% is wasted by mostly generating heat, contaminated gasses and carbon deposits/residue.  Carbon (soot,) is hydro-carbon residue that remains in a vehicle’s engine and form deposits inside the engine when fuel (petrol or diesel) burns inside an engine due to the combustion process. This residue changed into a hard-black shell in high temperature conditions and it is called carbon (soot) deposit. Carbon builds up over time creating obstructions within the internal parts of the engine and is not easily detectable as a visual inspection of the outside of an engine will not show signs of carbon build up inside the engine. If carbon is left unattended, it can cause engine failure and a costly repair bill.

The result of carbon build-up is a decrease in engine performance, misfire, detonation, rough idling, engine noise, engine vibration and/or hard to start issues, increase in fuel consumption and a vehicle’s emission gasses deteriorate (vehicle smoke). These are caused by a dirty intake, intake and exhaust valves, oxygen sensors (O2-sensor), injectors, EGR valve, DPF filter, catalytic converter, turbo and/or the exhaust system.

The only effective solution is to remove the excessive carbon deposit and soot built-up from the vehicle’s engine. By doing this, you will ensure that your vehicle’s engine run and breathe more freely, making the engine quieter, smoother and more efficient.

The Benefits of Carbon Flush?

It is a non-intrusive and fast, effective and efficient way to clean the inside of the engine from carbon and soot. By being proactive, removing carbon and soot can restore lost performance, lower emissions, revive fuel economy and reduce engine noise.

As mentioned,

Carbon Flush is suitable for all vehicle engines (petrol or diesel).

The Carbon Flush Engine Carbon Cleaning Machine utilizes oxy-hydrogen gas to clean the carbon deposits/soot inside a vehicle’s engine. Using a process of electrolysis that produces nano-active oxy-hydrogen gas which enters into the engine through the air inlet, where the gas combines with carbon to form hydro-carbon which will combust with oxygen and in turn will “burn” off carbon deposits and soot from the intake, valves, pistons, cylinders, injectors, plugs, turbo’s exhaust housing, vanes and turbine wheel, diesel particulate filter (DPF), catalytic converter (CAT), exhaust gas recirculation system (EGR), oxygen sensors (Lambda sensors) and exhaust system. To enhance the cleaning process, a special cleaning agent, is added to the Oxy-hydrogen gas which will enhance the cleaning process.

These deposits will be drained from the vehicle’s exhaust.

The process will take less than 1 hour to complete!
